NCSTC is a voluntary organization at the all-India level, which is aiming at popularization of science and stimulation of scientific temperament among children. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has been given the status of a State in the Congress, and organizes this activity at regional and KVS levels before selecting students for the National Level Congress.
KVS Science Exhibition
The KVS also organizes Science Exhibition in order to develop scientific temper among students. These Exhibitions cover a wide variety of themes such as Food, Health and Nutrition, Energy Technological Aids, etc. at cluster -, regional - and national levels.
National Integration and International Understanding
The KVS has taken steps to inculcate in the students a sense of approbation of each other's culture and way of living, and various exhibitions such as the Social Science Exhibition at the national level are organized for the purpose of promoting national integration & respect towards our heritage.
Youth Parliament Competition
The youth parliament competition is organized in Kendriya Vidyalayas in collaboration with the Ministry of Parliamentary affairs every year.
